Hey there! I'm Lauren, I'm 22 from Australia and this is my healthy, weight loss blog which I've created to inspire me and hopefully inspire others on the road to being healthy and happy.
I don't generally post thin/skinny women just because. I find that they are more of a demotivator than something that inspires me. Those woman will never be me. They rarely are my height and bone structure, so I find that every time I look at them, I lose sight of my own goals and start to wishful think. I have nothing against anyone else who posts them (a lot of blogs do) you just won't find any here unless there is a purpose behind it.
This is also a healthy blog. I do not promote pro-mia or pro-ana or starvation for a means to lose weight in any way shape or form. There is no quick fix for weight loss. Eat well and exercise and perseverance will get you there, and keep you there far longer than any gimmick or 'trick'. I do, however understand that anorexia, bulimia and all eating disorders are serious conditions and that people who believe they have one or have contemplated one should seek help.
I'm currently studying Primary (Elementary) Teaching with a minor in Health and Physical so feel free to ask me anything health/exercise related or just anything in general!! =D
