Day 1: Why are you doing the 50 day binge free challenge?
I’m doing this challenge because binge eating is my biggest obstacle. I think that I have a handle on motivating myself to go to the gym, but when it comes to eating, I seem to just lose the plot. Diet is so important in weight loss, and I just can’t afford to have any more set backs. I want to be able to eat with purpose, and to eat when my body needs me to, not just when my mind is bored or emotional. I need to change my relationship with food or else I’m never going to change. It starts today. I am going to listen to by body and nourish it with clean, nutritious food! Eating with purpose!!
