Your body is the one that’s going to decide where you lose weight from first. So how do you get smaller thighs/tummy/arms/etc? You eat healthily, you eat at a responsible calorie deficit, and you exercise. Yep.

Person: That smoothie you made with only fruit, almond milk, and flaxseed oil has 500 calories?! AND all that sugar?! Ugh, no thanks.
Person: Ooh this packaged, processed, refined sugar filled, high fructose corn syrup packed, 25 ingredient pack of Oreos only has 100 calories! Hello thigh gap!
